1. How does the website work?
a/ Select your music. b/ Pay c/ Receive an email containing download links which expire after 48 hours. d/ Click on the links and save the mp3 music files to your computer, ipod/phone or any mp3 player.
2. I ordered my music a few days ago. When I tried downloading it today the link did not work.
When you receive your confirmation the music needs to be downloaded within 48 hours, or else the download link expires (there is a notice about this at the top of your confirmation email). Also see answer 3.
3. My music has downloaded to my computer, but will not play.
This will happen if you used a Mozilla Firefox browser to download the file (see the notice at the top of your confirmation email). Try downloading again, and use a different browser eg Internet Explorer, Safari etc.
4. The music files don’t appear to be mp3 / music files. I can’t open them.

5. I can not get it to download it says the file is encrypted. The file type is listed as application/octet-stream so I cannot play them.

6. My music has downloaded correctly and plays on my computer, but when I burn it onto CD, it won’t work in my CD player. Why?
Older CD’s players are unable to play MP3 files. However, you can resolve this by converting the file format to a ‘wav’ format, before you burn the music to CD. If your computer does not already have software installed to perform this operation, search online for ‘Free MP3 to WAV audio convertor software’.
7. I ordered my music some time ago. Can you tell me when the CD will arrive?
Setdances.com is a music download site only. The music is not posted to you on CD, but instead when you place your order an email is sent to your email address, and this contains the download link. When you click on this link, the music will download to your computer. From there you can transfer to your MP3 player / Ipod or burn it onto a CD. Note: make sure to download the music within 48 hours, or the link will expire.
